The yellowtail used in the hot pot is "Kabosu Yellowtail" from Oita in winter and "Kurose Yellowtail" from Kagoshima in summer, so you can enjoy yellowtail shabu-shabu all year round, regardless of the season. Pick up a beautifully sliced yellowtail with chopsticks, dip it in the owner's special fragrant broth, and enjoy it with homemade ponzu sauce. You'll definitely become addicted to this dish!
